A high-speed chase in Pinal County leads authorities to a stash house.  Spokesman Jim Knupp with the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were in hot pursuit of a truck going 100 miles per hour along Interstate-10 in Casa Grande

when the occupants began tossing bales of marijuana from the car.  Stop sticks flattened the suspects tires who then attempted to escape on foot.  Police quickly arrested 43-year-old Mario Perez of Mexico and 21-year-old Juan Aguilar.   Knupp says the men claimed the were “offered $1,000 by a woman in Phoenix to drive the truck to pick up unknown packages.”  Authorities also garnered information that a Mesa house was the intended destination which turned out to be a stash house for about 20 illegals from Guatemala and Mexico.  Deputies also recovered about 370 pounds of Marijuana.
