Motorists traveling State Route 95 in Bullhead City at the Laughlin Bridge intersection should be prepared for brief nighttime delays beginning Sunday, June 4, and continuing through early July for a paving and roadway improvement project.

The nearly $1.1 million project is located on SR 95 from the Aviation Way intersection to the Laughlin Bridge. It includes paving and installing new curbs and gutters, sidewalks and raised medians. Crews will begin removing the existing curbs and gutters on June 4. Paving is expected to take place Sunday, June 11, through Friday, June 16, followed by construction of a new median beginning on Monday, June 19, and continuing through Sunday, June 25. The project is scheduled for completion in July.

What to Expect:
•To minimize traffic delays, construction will occur overnights from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sundays through Thursdays.
•No daytime lane restrictions are scheduled.
•Temporary nighttime lane closures will be necessary, and motorists should expect brief delays when traveling through the work zone.
•Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.

Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors.
