Hundreds show for the opening of a playground dedicated in honor of hometown girl, Kayla Mueller, the American humanitarian who was kidnapped and killed by the ISIS terrorist group.  The Kiwanis Club of Prescott and a foundation in Mueller’s name raised money to construct the

playground in memory of Mueller.  Senator John McCain joined the parents of Kayla and offered up remarks at the grand opening of Kayla’s Hands Playground in Prescott on Saturday.  McCain said, “she lived her life for others. She used her hands to relieve suffering. She was not just sympathetic to the plight of the less fortunate, she was moved to action. She was moved to sacrifice her own comforts and security to help strangers, to love them.”  The Kiwanis Club is still taking donations for the playground.
