The Kingman City Council will meet twice Tuesday. A 4:30 p.m. work session is dedicated to training for use of a new electronic system capturing council member votes on action items during meetings.

Members are expected to approve the merger of the golf and recreation advisory commissions during the regular meeting that starts at 5:30 P.M. They’ll also take up Council member Stuar Yocum’s proposal to revamp the city procurement code.
