city of kingmanWhether a “temporary” sales tax increase might enjoy a longer life will be addressed during tonight’s Kingman City Council meeting. The one-half percent increase implemented in 2013 will expire and sunset next summer without council action.
Finance Administrator Tina Moline has said the tax increase generates about $2.8-million annually. The Council will consider extending the increase or making it permanent during the meeting that starts at 5:30 p.m.
