Authorities have identified the four-year-old boy killed in a January 2 traffic accident about 20 miles east of Kingman. The Department of Public Safety said that Kaleb Mason Stuart, Kingman, was ejected and dead at the scene of the single vehicle rollover on U.S. 93.
DPS said Kaleb’s parents and three other children were treated for relatively minor injuries at Kingman Regional Medical Center. Daniel Stuart, 27, Kingman was arrested for manslaughter, assault and aggravated DUI charges.
DPS said Stuart was northbound when the pickup truck he was driving left the highway to the right, struck a guardrail and rolled before coming to rest in an upright position.
