The Kingman Republican Women acknowledged their new officer for 2016 Tuesday December 1st, in Kingman. The club saw remarkable growth this past year, as they nearly doubled their membership from 2014. They gathered for their annual Christmas Dinner at Calico’s on Beale Street, where the Arizona Federation of Republican Women District leader LaJuana Gillette directed the installation.
Margaret Foote, President in 2015, handed the gavel over to Nancy Moschcau, who will preside over the club during this pivotal election year. Returning as 1st Vice-President is Carole Young of the Kingman City Council. The new KRW officers for 2016 are 2nd Vice-President Jacque Hull, 3rd Vice-President Suzanne Christman, Secretary Sue Ann Mello, and Treasurer Cherish Sammeli.
The Republican women meet the first Monday each month, at the Elks Lodge at 950 Gates Avenue, 11:30-1:00. The candidates for Supervisor Districts 1 & 4 will be speaking in January.
