Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET) detectives executed a narcotic search warrant in the 3800 block of Bagdad Road Thursday (10/22) morning at about 6:22 a.m. MAGNET was assisted by the Mohave County Sheriff’s Tactical Operations Unit, Bullhead City Police Department’s SWAT team, Department of Public Safety, Kingman Police Department Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit (Bomb squad) and G.I.I.T.E.M. (Gang & Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission).
The search revealed methamphetamine and heroin along with 16 weapons including handguns, rifles and shotguns.
The following Golden Valley residents were arrested:
Joshua Alan Whybark, 29, of Golden Valley, was arrested on a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court.
Brian Paul Sessions, 34, of Golden Valley, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and possession of a cancelled driver’s license, both misdemeanors.
Stevens, Roberts and Andrews lives at this residence where the search warrant was served.
Patricia Elaine Stevens, 47, of Golden Valley, was arrested on a contempt of court misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court.
Larry Joe Roberts, 46, and Angela Andrews, 42, both of Golden Valley, were arrested for possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited possessor and possession of a weapon during drug offense, all felonies. Andrews also had a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Municipal Court
During the search warrant, detectives contacted Sessions as he pulled up in a vehicle. Sessions vehicle was towed as a result of his license being suspended.
Mohave County Animal Control Officers responded and issued citations. Mohave County Code Enforcement inspected and determined the dwelling to be unsafe.
