On October 28, 2015, at approximately 5:05 p.m., detectives from the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Special Investigations Bureau, which is part of the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET), served a drug-related search warrant at an apartment in the 4000 Block of London Bridge Road. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation.
Detectives located and seized approximately 166.3 grams of methamphetamine, 74.8 grams of heroin, 31.5 grams of marijuana, numerous prescription pills, $612 in currency, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia. The estimated street value of the drugs is approximately $24,000.
Arrested during the search warrant were 55-year-old David Muehlhausen, and 43-year-old Judith Hill, both residents of Lake Havasu City.
David Muehlhausen was charged with four counts of sales of dangerous drugs, conspiracy to sell dangerous drugs, the sale of narcotic drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misconduct involving weapons.
Judith Hill was charged with the sale of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Muehlhausen and Hill were held with no bond at their initial appearance and transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
