Eight-year-old missing Sierra Vista boy has been found safe.  Corporal Scott Borgstadt with the Sierra Vista Police Department says Tanner Kelly was found in the backyard of a resident Friday morning.  Tanner ran away from his foster car facility, “The Caring Connection” yesterday.  Tanner left the foster care a note

stating he was “done with foster care” and “going to live with his grandmother,” who lives in Wilcox.  An Amber Alert was issued after foster care employees found the note and called police.  Kelly was found only a few blocks from the foster care.  Tanner needed no medical attention and was completely healthy when he was located.   Police are talking to the child to find out where he’s been all night.  It’s unclear whether he will be returned to the Caring Connection Foster facility.
