The Arizona Department of Public Safety says two boys missing for almost a month are unharmed after being found by a trooper with their non-custodial mother and a man during a routine traffic stop near Eloy.

DPS Spokesman Quentin Mehr says that it turns out the boys, ages 2 and 7, were kidnapped by 28-year old Antoinette Wong and 34-year old Keith Rogers from two separate homes, at gunpoint, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mehr says both Wong and Rogers were arrested on armed robbery and homicide warrants out of Louisiana and the children were turned over to DCS.
