Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery congratulates Phoenix Police for Tuesday night’s arrest of a man in two 1990’s cold case murders. Police identify the suspect as 42 year old Bryan Miller. Montgomery says, it goes to show law enforcement
never gives up on unsolved cases, utilizing the most up-to-date technology non existent when these crimes were committed.
Police say Miller’s D-N-A tied him to victims Angela Brasso and Melanie Berna. The 22 year old Brasso disappeared in 1992 while out biking and her severed head was later found in a canal. A year later, the 17 year old Berna’s body was found after she went out biking.
