JSN - BHC MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT 20151025A motorcyclist was airlifted to a Las Vegas hospital Sunday afternoon after he lost control of his bike while southbound on the Bullhead Parkway. Bullhead City police say that it was a motorist who was changing lanes that forced the motorcyclist to take evasive action and put his bike down. It came to rest in the northbound lanes, less than a mile east of Highway 95 and the Laughlin Bridge.  The accident was reported to Bullhead City police at 2:30 p.m. Investigators at the scene of the accident said the motorcyclist sustained serious head injuries and a broken shoulder. He was flown to Las Vegas, where his current condition is unknown. The name of the motorcyclist has not been released by authorities.  A female passenger, whose name has also not been released, suffered minor injuries in the accident and was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for treatment.  Police are still investigating the accident. It’s unknown if investigators will try to make contact with the driver of the car that was changing lanes.
