A two-million dollar cash-only bond has been set for the 18-year-old Northern Arizona University freshman accused of killing one student and injuring three others.  A weeping Steven Jones made his first court appearance before a judge via video from the Coconino County Jail hours after allegedly shooting four

students outside the Mountain View Residence Hall.  Prosecutors explained to the court that Jones and the four students had been fighting when Jones “left the fight, retrieved a gun and went back into the fray – and it was at that point he began firing.”  Student Colin Brough was shot twice and killed.  Three other students are recovering at a nearby hospital.
