Phoenix Police say they’re getting a consistent idea as to what the gunman in the latest Serial Shooter case looks like. Sergeant Jon Howard says, a second composite drawing of the suspect has been released, and the physical characteristics are very close to the first sketch. That’s
significant because two different witnesses who never corroborated their information have come up with what Howard considers very identical suspect descriptions.
Howard says the suspect appears to be a tall, lanky guy in his ‘20’s with dark hair. He could be White or Hispanic, but police don’t want to lock into a particular ethnicity. As for a car description, versions vary widely so Howard urges us to focus more on suspicious people in unfamiliar cars in your neighborhood.
The wanted man is being sought in eight shootings going back to March, leaving seven people dead. It’s still possible the gunman is not operating alone. If you have any information, you’re asked to call Phoenix Police or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
