The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists traveling on State Route 95 from Courtwright Road to College Road (mileposts 227 to 241), to be alert and prepared for intermittent lane closures in both directions and brief delays through Dec. 15 while crews perform preventive maintenance work.
The work will require weekday lane closures from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Construction will include the application of a protective layer to the pavement, designed to preserve the existing roadway.
The speed limit will be reduced in the work zone. Motorists are reminded to proceed with caution, slow down, and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
