Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies responded Saturday morning to a possible illegal dumping incident. At about
6:10 a.m., deputies responded to the area of the 600 block of Gordon Drive. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a
reporting party. The RP said that he observed an older model Chevy white truck with a black ladder rack pulling a
boat piled with trash traveling along the west side of the farm field, north of Gordon Drive. Deputies patrolled the
immediate neighborhood and located a vehicle matching the description without a boat trailer at a residence in the
7800 block of S Oriole Drive. Deputies contacted a female subject. While deputies were speaking with the female
subject, a Fort Mohave Tribal Police Officer arrived and advised that a male subject set a boat on fire in the nearby
fields. During the investigation recovered stolen property at the residence lead to executing a search warrant. The
following items were recovered stolen: an enclosed trailer, Polaris side by side, a motorcycle and a boat. Also,
multiple drug items and multiple weapons were located. At the residence, deputies contacted Raymond Eugene
Periandri, 50, of Bullhead City. Periandri was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug
paraphernalia, and possession of a weapon by prohibited person, along with two warrants for failure to appear issued
by Mohave County Superior Court, all felonies. The male suspect driving the Chevy truck wasn’t at the residence.
