Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nowell Leon Wallace, 49, and Tracey Ruben Flink, 57, both of Golden Valley, early Saturday (2/14) morning. Wallace was arrested for theft of means of transportation, felony, along with two misdemeanor warrants issued by Kingman Justice Court for failure to appear and failure to pay fines. Flink was arrested for theft of means of transportation and operating a cop shop, both felonies. At about 1:45 a.m., deputies received an anonymous tip regarding two stolen vehicles at two different locations in Golden Valley. The first location was a residence in the 2600 block of Burro Road and the second location was a residence in the 3600 block of Stewart Mountain Road. Deputies responded to the 2600 block of Burro Road. Upon arrival, deputies observed an F250 truck parked at the residence. Deputies determined the F250 truck was reported stolen out of Kingman. The truck was reported as white, but it had been painted dark blue. Deputies contacted Wallace and Flink. A records check showed Wallace to have warrants for his arrest. Wallace was taken into custody without incident. Deputies transported Flink’s residence in the 3600 block of Stewart Mountain Road where a red F250 Ford Super Duty Truck reported stolen out of Laughlin Nevada was located. The truck had been taken apart and parts were all over the inside of a carport. Flink was taken into custody without incident. They were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
