Phoenix firefighters finally have the upper hand in a massive two-alarm fire at a recycling plant south of Sky Harbor Airport.  The fire is still smoldering after crews battled the flames all night and knocked it out early Wednesday morning.  Fire Captain Aaron Ernsberger says crews are remaining at the scene mopping up hot

spots to make sure the fire does not reignite.  However, the fire is “100 percent contained.”  Three business, including Arizona Pacific Pump and Paper, went up in flames. Ernsberger says it’s going to take some time to get the investigation underway to find out what caused the fire.
