Volunteers with the Northern Arizona Chapter of the American Red Cross are assisting three people displaced by a fire in Kingman.
The fire happened just before nine o’clock near Neal Avenue and Norrie Drive. Disaster Action Team Lead Laurie Glass will assess damages and attend to the immediate emergency needs of the fire victims.
