A man runs a red light in Phoenix and causes a fatal crash.  Sergeant Jon Howard with Phoenix police says according to  witnesses, a silver car was stopped inside the intersection waiting to turn on a green light when a red car blew through the red light and barreled into the silver car.  The 35-year-old female passenger was

killed on impact.  The driver, a 30-year-old man, and two kids ages five and nine-years-old, were rushed to a nearby hospital in serious condition.  The red-light runner was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.  The cause of the accident is under investigation.  Impairment may have been a factor.
