Sabella Rica AcunaMohave County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Sabella Rica Acuna, 23, of Kingman, Friday (10/23) morning for resisting arrest, felony, along with disorderly conduct, littering on a highway and obstructing a highway, misdemeanors.  Approximately 7:25 a.m., detectives observed a female subject walk into moderate traffic of a four lane road in the 3200 block of Andy Devine Avenue.  Detectives further observed the female subject yelling obscenities at passing motorist while she was ripping up pieces of paper along with a cup and throwing them in the lane of traffic.  Detectives stopped and instructed the female subject to get off the roadway and onto the sidewalk.  The female subject showed the detective her thump when he asked for identification.  As the Detective took the female subject into custody she resisted.  After a brief struggle, the female subject was taken into custody without further incident.   A Department of Public Safety Trooper responded and assisted.  A witness provided a statement regarding the female subject in the roadway yelling and screaming.  She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.  During the booking process, the female subject identified herself as Acuna.
