ashmoreA young Bullhead City man gets jail time and probation for posting a sexually explicit video clip on the social communication medium called “Twitter”. Joshua Ashmore, 24, was convicted through a plea agreement of the reduced charge of attempted surreptitious photography. Prosecutor Melissa Barry said the looping video showed Ashmore’s former girlfriend performing a sex act upon him. She said Ashmore posted the video after they broke up. Judge Billy Sipe imposed a 30 day jail sentence January 8. Sipe also placed Ashmore on probation for three years and ordered that he have no contact with the victim.
