A 50-thousand dollar reward is up for grabs for information leading to the arrest of a serial killer who has targeted nine people since March.  The latest shooting happened at 32nd Street and Oak in July when a man and a four-year-old boy were sitting inside their car, the suspect open-fired on their car.  The victims were

not hurt, but the victim called police to report the shooting.  Phoenix police say the suspect took off in  a dark-colored BMW.  The shooter is also been seen driving a white Cadillac or a Lincoln.   The suspect has shot nine people, killing seven.  Six of the nine shootings occurred in the Maryvale area and three happened near downtown Phoenix and around Sky Harbor.  Police have little to go on as far as suspect description. Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness and remain completely anonymous.
