The Department of Public Safety have made an arrest in the road rage shooting off Loop 101 in Glendale.  Spokesman Raul Garcia says 36-year-old Christopher Hoffman opened fire at a car multiple times.  Authorities credit witnesses to Hoffman’s involvement in the shooting leading to his arrest.  Garcia says he has

confessed to shooting at the car.  Hoffman has been booked on a slew of charges including aggravated assault, drive-by shooting and possession of a dangerous drug.  Saturday, Hoffman was in a tan truck when he drove up alongside a dark gray car and opened fire.  Hoffman sprayed the car with bullets shattering the back passenger window.  Incredibly, no one was injured in the shooting.  Garcia says this was an isolated road rage incident and not associated with the Freeway Shootings currently under investigation by the DPS.
