In the Arizona Strip area, maintenance will be performed on Hwy 91 and later in the week, the blade will be on Lime Kiln Rd. In Meadview, the blade will be active south of town on Glen Rd. and Charles Dr. In central Meadview, crews will be maintaining shoulders in the area of Sunfish Dr. and Dunn St. In Dolan Springs, the blade will be active in the area of 7th Street and intersecting roads. Farther south, a blade will be active north of Chloride, on Big Wash Rd. (Windy Pointe Rd.) from Hwy 93 to the Chloride Well site. Mohave County has contracted with T.R. Orr, Inc. to construct install two 36” corrugated metal pipes on Hualapai Mountain Road near MP11.7, just east of the summit before entering Pine Lake. This project is expected to be completed before Memorial Day. The project will involve single lane closures. Motorists should watch for flaggers and proceed with caution. North of Kingman, a blade will be active on Stockton Hill Rd., from Pierce Ferry Rd. heading south. East of Kingman off I-40, a blade will be active on Blake Ranch Rd. Off Route 66, a blade will be active in the Antares Rd. area. In the Golden Valley area, the blades will be active in the following areas: S/E: Bacobi from Shinarump to Hwy 68; S/W: Shinarump from Laguna to Guthrie; N/E: Chino to Hwy 68 and Aztec to Bosque; N/W: Todilto between Zuni and Chinle. Crews will be cleaning out culverts, beginning at Shinarump, from Aztec to Estrella. In Mohave Valley, crews will be sealing roadway cracks on Laguna Rd., sweeping in Golden Shores, and mowing shoulders in Willow Valley. In Yucca, the blade will be working on Butch Cassidy Rd. In Lake Havasu, the pickup broom will be in Sun Lake Village and Lake Havasu Mobile Home Estates. A road resurfacing project in Havasu Gardens is continuing this week on Havasu Garden Dr. A blade will be active in the Signal area on Alamo Rd., starting four miles south of Signal and heading toward the lake.
