Ty Jonathan HafleyMohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ty Jonathan Hafley, 50, of Seligman, Sunday (3/29) evening for robbery per domestic violence, felony, and assault per domestic violence, misdemeanor.  Approximately7:00 p.m., deputies responded to a parking lot in the 3300 block of Andy Devine Avenue regarding a domestic dispute.  Upon arrival, deputies contacted the reporting party, a 76-year-old female victim.  The victim said that she returned home from getting dinner for Hafley, her son, and her granddaughter.  The victim further said that Hafley became extremely angry and he slapped her across the face.  The victim reported that she gave Hafley forty dollars in cash after he told her to give him money.  The victim advised that Hafley got into his vehicle and left the residence.  Deputies observed an injury on the victims face.  Deputies responded to the residence in the 4000 block of Long Mountain Road and contacted Hafley.  During conversations with Hafley, he said that he had his hand out in front of him while he was yelling at his mom.  Further conversations with Hafley, he denied slapping his mom and taking her money.  Hafley was taken into custody without incident.  He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
