Two people were reportedly shot and killed Friday morning at Independence High School in Glendale.  The shooting reportedly involved a pair of teenagers. The campus was placed on lockdown immediately after the incident occurred.  Glendale police say this was not an active shooter situation. No other students were considered to be

in danger, and they say the scene was contained.  As word of the shooting incident spread, parents and friends gathered outside the campus awaiting further details on what had taken place.  While there was a significant police presence at the scene, it did not appear as though anyone had been transported by ambulance.
