gavelA much lighter punishment has been imposed for the second of three teenagers who was charged after images of a highly intoxicated 12-year-old girl engaged in sexual activity were splashed across social media in March of last year.

Authorities said it was the girl who brought alcohol to the youth party in Bullhead City before she was sexually involved with three teens. Each of them entered plea agreements convicting them of a reduced charge.

Robert Boisclair, 18, was ordered to spend 60 days in jail during his Jan. 29 sentencing hearing. Mohave County Court Commissioner Billy Sipe also placed Boisclair on probation for ten years.

Ehtan Kabat, 19, was deemed to be the most culpable for the criminal activity. He is serving a five year prison term.

Authorities said Clifford Samuels, 16, was the least culpable of the defendants. Sentencing for Samuels is pending.
