Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three Kingman residents Friday (4/1) afternoon. Gaylord George MacArthur, 32, was arrested for sex offender registration violation, felony. Terry Dean McGee, 48, was arrested on two failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrants issued by Kingman Municipal Court and Bullhead City Justice Court. Bill C Schooler, 59, was arrested on a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies observed a male subject riding a bicycle traveling west on Hearne Avenue approaching N Melody Street. Deputies further observed the male subject not stop at a posted stop sign while turning south onto N Melody Street. Approximately 2:30 p.m., deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the male subject pulled into a driveway in the 4600 block of N Melody Street and ran into the residence. Deputies entered the residence and make contact Schooler. Deputies learned the male subject riding the bicycle ran to the backside of the house. Deputies located the male subject that was riding the bicycle hiding behind a bed in the residence. The male subject was identified as McGee. A records check showed McGee and Schooler to each have active warrants. McGee and Schooler were taken into custody without incident. Deputies had Mohave County Health and a Code Enforcement respond due to an open sewer and a broken septic tank. While deputies were assisting the Health department, they heard someone inside another residence on the property. Deputies contacted the person identified as MacArthur. During the investigation, deputies determined that MacArthur was not compliant with the requirements of a registered sex offender to maintain accurate address information. MacArthur was taken into custody without incident. MacArthur, McGee and Schooler were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
