Phoenix police have released the identity of the three men killed in a skate park shootout in the West Valley.  Twenty-three-year-old Miguel Lopez Retana, along with brothers, 20-year-old Alberto Garcia and 24-year-old Oscar Garcia Armenta were killed in a gun battle Tuesday night where at least 20 shots were fired.

Sergeant Trent Crump with Phoenix police it appears two groups of men were involved in a heated argument that turned deadly.  According to Crump, a semi-automatic handgun was discovered next to one of the bodies and the other gun is missing, possibly removed by someone who witnessed the shooting.  Police have stepped up patrols around the park as a precaution.
