Three “smash and grab” suspects are on the loose after robbing a Peoria Jewelry Store.  Sergeant Jaime Rothschild with Silent Witness says three men broke into the “Jewelry Exchange” store in the middle of the night and

smash their way thru glass cases filled with jewelry.  The men got away with thousands of dollars of jewelry.  Two men attempted to conceal themselves by wearing a scarf over their mouths and one suspect just wore a baseball cap.  One suspect is described as six-foot, 230 pounds with a thick black beard and bushy hair. The other two men have a thin build and possibly Hispanic or White.  Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
