In addition to its new location, SKI supports the community 24/7 through online resources, including a Patient Education Center, blogs by SKI physicians, and a Patient Portal, which enables established patients to securely send messages to their SKI care team, review medical records, and more. SKI supports referring providers through online referral forms, medical records requests, and a clinical information center. For more information about Southwest Kidney Institute, visit SWKidney.com.
