One person was killed in a three vehicle traffic accident south of Lake Havasu City. Authorities responded to the SR 95 incident at 12:34 p.m. on Sunday, December 6.
DPS said a turn attempt prompted the first collision involving two vehicles. A northbound motorcycle coming upon the accident scene struck one of the other vehicles involved in the first crash.
DPS said the motorcycle operator was critically injured when ejected. Declared dead following transport to Lake Havasu Regional Medical Center was Clyde Hentzen, 68, Parker.
