Still no sign of a patient who escaped from the Arizona State Hospital. The hospital says the patient left an off-site treatment facility around noon Wednesday. The patient managed to remove their G-P-S tracking device and Phoenix Police

were notified. The State Hospital, speaking only in a written statement, says this person poses little danger to the public. No information was given on the patient such as gender or age.

The escape comes after the mental health facility was put under a federal microscope for alleged deficiencies earlier this year, but passed a re-inspection, allowing it to keep its certification.
