The possibility of seeking ballot box approval for a primary property tax will be discussed during Tuesday’s regular Kingman City council meeting. Staff will detail the timetable and estimated cost of bringing the question to a special election next May.
Formal acceptance of the resignation of vice-mayor Mark Wimpee is also expected during the meeting. The Council could name a new vice mayor during the meeting and could determine how it will select a new member to fill the council vacancy.
The Council meeting at City hall begins at 5:30 p.m.
