The man who kidnapped and attempted to sexually assault a 15-year-old Glendale girl is on the loose.  Sergeant David Vidaure says the teen was walking home Tuesday afternoon when she was grabbed from behind and dragged to the parking lot of a nearby apartment complex.  The suspect ripped off her clothes and was

about to sexually assault her when he stopped and walked away.  The teen called 9-1-1 for help and the police used her cell phone to find her location.  The girl says the suspect is a heavyset black man, about 30-years-old, with a three to four inch afro dressed in black from heat to toe with black gloves.  Anyone will information is asked to call police.
