image002Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Mary Helen Moore, 32, of Kingman on Thursday (10/1) afternoon for theft and trafficking in stolen property, felonies and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.  Approximately 10:30 am, deputies responded to a residence in the 2900 block of Neal Avenue and contacted the victim.  The victim reported several of his firearms have been removed from the home without his permission.  The victim told deputies that Moore had been at the residence prior to the firearms being taken.  During the investigation, deputies were contacted by Moore who advised she wanted to turn herself in for the theft.  Deputies responded to an address in the 2500 block of Andy Devine Avenue and contacted Moore.  A record check showed Moore to have a warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Justice Court.  Moore was taken into custody without incident.  During conversations with Moore, she admitted to taking the firearms and selling them.  Moore was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
