Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a medical call involving a two-year drowning on Saturday, August 20. At about 8:53 p.m. deputies responded to a residence in the 5600 block of Flint Street.
Upon arrival, deputies observed a 2-year-old boy lying on the porch breathing and responsive. Medical arrived and transported the victim to Valley View Medical Center where he was airlifted to a hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Investigations determined that Noah Romero fell into an above ground pool at the residence. Noah’s mother found him in the pool and he was not breathing. The owner of the residence started CPR and Noah coughed up some water. Noah started breathing and responding.
