kingman sealThe City of Kingman used the larger Mohave County Board of Supervisors auditorium expecting a large crowd and need for extra space for a town hall conducted Tuesday. But less than three dozen people, about half of them government workers, attended the information event focused on proposed development of the Kingman Crossing Interstate 40 interchange project.

Most of the information presented and the discussion that took place was repetitive in nature to previous meetings and hearings. Mayor Richard Anderson said the portion of the project involving rezoning of city owned property on the south side of the interstate moves to the Planning and Zoning Commission on September 8, before coming back before the Council on October 20.
