On the morning of Friday, October 14th at about 3 a.m., Kingman Police responded to a fawn stuck in a metal gate. Officer Walker and Officer Dobbyn were able to pull apart the iron gate far enough to free the fawn.

The fawn suffered minor abrasions from struggling to get free prior to the officers arrival. Officers were pleased to report that the fawn was quickly reunited with its mother who was watching the rescue from a nearby desert.
