Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Diana Lynn Hill, 55, of Mohave Valley, Friday (4/1) evening for trespassing, felony, along with assault, three counts of disorderly conduct and three counts of threatening, misdemeanors.
Approximately 8:10 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 1700 block of E Vista Drive.
Dispatch advised the caller said that a female subject walked into their house making death threats and the residents currently have the female subject at gunpoint. Upon arrival, deputies observed a male subject with an unloaded gun. Deputies secured the gun for safety purposes. Deputies observed a female subject, later identified as Hill, yelling at a younger female subject. Deputies further observed Hill threatening the same female subject, a 19-year-old victim.
Hill was taken into custody without incident. Deputies contacted a 20-year-old male victim. The victim said that he heard a loud pounding sound at their front door. The victim further said that Hill pushed past him when he answered the door. The victim reported that Hill punched him in the chest when he told her to leave. Deputies contacted a 69-year-old female victim. The victim said that Hill was yelling obscenities and threatening to kill them. Hill was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
