Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kevin William Hill, 29, of Mohave Valley, Breanna Renee Ferguson, 18, of Fort Mohave and Sarah Nichole Hunter, 29, of Mohave Valley, Tuesday (12/8) afternoon. Hill was arrested for trespassing, a felony. Ferguson was arrested for possession dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. Hunter was arrested on a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Bullhead City Justice Court.
Approximately 12:30 p.m., deputies responded to a report of squatters at a residence in the 600 block of Clearview Drive. Uporrival, deputies contacted the homeowner and her brother. The homeowner reported finding five people inside her residence without her permission. The homeowner advised that two of the subjects took off running. The three subjects were detained. During the investigation, deputies learned that Ferguson and Hunter were visiting the male subjects at the residence including Hill. A search of Ferguson’s purse revealed small pieces of a white crystal substance which tested positive for methamphetamine, a pipe with residue and a plastic tube containing a brownish burnt residue. Hill and Ferguson were taken into custody without incident. A records check showed Hunter to have a warrant. Hunter was taken into custody without incident. They were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. This incident remains under investigation.
