Authorities have identified the driver who was killed in a two truck collision that shut down the eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 in northwest Arizona early Friday, February 24. The Department of Public Safety (DPS) said Paul M. Kramer, 53, Olympia, Washington was dead at the scene of the 2:26 a.m. crash about 24 miles west of Kingman.
DPS said the box truck Kramer was driving rear-ended a tractor trailer rig. The other truck driver suffered minor injuries.
The closed lanes were opened to traffic at about 5:30 a.m.
