Tempe police have arrested two teens for shooting at two cars near the U-S 60 and Kyrene.  Lieutenant Mike Pooley with Tempe Police says 18-year-old Ivan Dominguez and a 15-year-old juvenile are facing a slew of charges after firing off a round at two passing cars the other night.  The two have been charged with

Aggravated Assault, unlawful discharge of a firearm and criminal damage.  A third juvenile was on scene at the time, but did not shoot the gun.  The two teens are lucky no one was hurt when one bullet whizzed by a car-load of young children including an eight-year-old boy.  That bullet narrowly missed the child’s head and instead penetrated the boy’s passenger seat.
