It’s a photo finish for the race between Andy Biggs and Christine Jones for the Fifth Congressional District that Representative Matt Salmon vacated.  At last count, Biggs has a razor thin edge over Jones by 9 votes.  And the controversy continues when it was discovered a non neutral party showed up to watch over the

votes.  Biggs very own campaign manager was overseeing the vote-count.  When it was discovered, he was booted from the room.  Biggs and Jones are likely to face a run-off vote.  Maricopa county Record Helen Purcell is barely holding onto their post with only 185 votes more than her rival, Aaron Flannery.  Purcell is feeling the backlash after the Presidential Preference Election debacle.
