Kingman meetings at the Abundant Life Church, 12312 Stockton Hill Road, are scheduled Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. under the direction of Marri Lundquist. In Bullhead City, Dihann Lehman is leading Weight Watchers groups on Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m. at the Hope United Methodist Church, 1325 Ramar Road.

Also in Mohave County, Weight Watchers of Arizona meets Wednesdays at 9 a.m. at The Aquatic Center, 100 Park Ave. and on Tuesday’s at 6 p.m. at Generations Church, 3430 McCullock Blvd. North in Lake Havasu. Pat Tenney is leading the sessions at Generations Church and Deirdre Lind is the Leader at The Aquatic Center.

“We have held meetings in Kingman for over and decade and we are so glad to have recently re-opened in Bullhead City, and with the holidays just around the corner, there’s no better time than right now to start personal planning to be able to enjoy all the parties and great food and maintain a healthy weight,” said Weight Watchers of Arizona General Manager Deborah Wright.

Last December, Weight Watchers introduced a new, holistic approach to a healthier, happier life called Beyond the Scale, which combines healthy eating, fitness and personal fulfillment.

“The response to our new program, among both new and ongoing members, has been incredibly positive,” Wright said. “Our goal is to help members lose weight in the context of an overall healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise and a look-better, feel-better, more-confident you.”
